David Jolley has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2026. Most recently, Mr. Jolley has served as a director of Domo (NASDAQ: DOMO) since March 2025. Prior to joining Domo’s board, Mr. Jolley served as Domo’s CFO from March 2023 until November 2024. Mr. Jolley also has served on the board of BoxHouse since December 2025, and previously on the board at Cypress Five Star. Prior to joining Domo, Mr. Jolley served in various roles at Ernst & Young from 1997 to October 2020, including as the Americas growth markets leader, west region managing partner of markets from 2013 to 2017, and office managing partner in Salt Lake City from 2003 to 2013. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Jolley was employed by the accounting firm Arthur Andersen from 1989 to 1997. Mr. Jolley also currently serves as a director on the board of Utah Valley University and the University of Utah. Mr. Jolley holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and a B.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University. We believe Mr. Jolley’s financial and accounting expertise, executive leadership skills, and deep board experience qualify him to serve on our board of directors.
